As always, we are appreciate your prayers for the Jacalteco people and the ministry among them.
The ministry to teens in San Marcos is at a crucial point. They finished a discipleship Bible series recently. It has had the potential of becoming a church plant. The church from the main town that has been going out there has begun talking with the participants about the possibility of planting a church there. Please pray for the Lord’s guidance in this.
Please also say a prayer for a man that I have been working with here named Cesar. He has had a lot of trouble stemming from alcoholism, but is doing better and is considering entering a rehabilitation center. We want to see him totally rehabilitated and able to bless his wife and children again.
I am also dealing with a confidential problem in the leadership of one of the local churches and I ask for your prayers for wisdom as I work with this leadership to assess the best way to deal with the problem.
